About XCom Support
XCom Support helps Long Island and NYC businesses ship websites, web apps, and practical automation without a handoff chain between the person who sold the work and the person who does it.
How we work
Direct communication. Written scope. Iterative reviews. We stay on the build instead of farming it out and reappearing at launch.
The person you talk through the problem with is the person who builds it. That removes the translation layer where requirements normally get lost, and it means questions get answered in hours rather than routed through an account manager.
Who we work well with
Owners and teams who want a technical partner they can reach, who value a straight answer about tradeoffs, and who would rather hear that something is a bad idea before it is built.
We are a poor fit for work that needs a large agency's scale, or for clients who want the cheapest possible build with no interest in whether it holds up. That is a legitimate need. It is just not what we do.
What we will tell you
When a rebuild is unnecessary and a repair will do. When the platform you asked for is the wrong fit. When an automation idea will cost more to maintain than it saves. When a project is outside what we should take on.
Turning down a bad fit costs one project. Taking it and delivering something disappointing costs the reputation that brings the next ten.
Where we work
Long Island and New York City are home base, which means in-person is genuinely possible when a project benefits from it. Remote delivery is available for the right web and AI projects beyond that area.
Common questions
- How big is XCom Support?
- Small and senior by design. You work directly with the person building your project rather than through an account manager.
- Do you work outside Long Island and NYC?
- Yes, for remote-friendly web and AI projects. Local clients get the option of meeting in person when the work benefits from it.
