Local businesses tend to have a specific problem: the site was built once, years ago, by someone who is no longer reachable, and nobody on staff can change it. Fixing that is often more valuable than a redesign, because a site your team can update stays current on its own.
Why this is one page instead of twenty
The old version of this site had a separate page for each nearby town, each one nearly identical apart from the place name. That pattern is common in local SEO and it does not hold up. The pages compete with each other, none of them says anything a customer needs, and search engines treat the whole set as low quality.
A single page that genuinely describes the service area is worth more than twenty thin ones. Every one of those town URLs now redirects here, so the links and history they accumulated point at something substantial. It is the same advice we would give you about your own site.
Working locally
Being on Long Island means meeting in person is genuinely possible when a project benefits from it: a kickoff for a larger build, a walkthrough of how your team works before designing a tool around it, or training after launch.
Most work runs fine over email and calls, and we will not pad a project with meetings for their own sake. The option is there when it adds something.
