What we collect
Contact form submissions: name, email, optional phone, company, location, need, message, and how you found XCom. Analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics may collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. Cloudflare Turnstile may process a challenge token to reduce spam.
How we use it
Form data is used to reply to your inquiry and qualify fit. Analytics help us improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed to manage the conversation and business records. Analytics retention follows the vendor defaults unless shortened later.
Your choices
Email help@xcomsupport.com to request access or deletion of personal data we hold from the contact form. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies where applicable.
